With this user study, my group and I conducted observations and interviews to comprehend how individuals incorporate Mobility as a Service (MaaS) into their daily routines. Based on our findings, we developed a prototype aimed a simplifying this process for our target persona. Which ended up with a soution that had different types of traveling services all in one app.
